Bob Frazee is a seasoned chief executive with specialized experience in strategy, enterprise risk management, talent management and succession planning.

He employs a team building/problem solving approach to leadership, and has broad-based experience in banking, finance and agriculture. He utilizes his strong communication skills to create consensus for organizational change, working to bring all stakeholders to a common vision.

Bob prides himself on fostering confidence and bringing direction to businesses and non-profits facing an uncertain path.

Career Highlights:

  • Enjoyed a 34-year career with the Farm Credit System, a national network of 71 lenders located throughout all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Tenure was spent almost equally at the association and district bank level.
  • Served as Chief Credit Officer of a community bank for 5 years.
  • Successfully led the consolidation of five Farm Credit associations in 2000 which led to the creation of MidAtlantic Farm Credit.
  • Led the merger of Valley Farm Credit into MidAtlantic Farm Credit effective December 31, 2008.
  • Served on the Farm Credit System Presidents’ Planning Council; co-led the work that resulted in the creation of the System’s communications, reputation management and contributions initiatives.
  • Testified on multiple occasions before the House of Representatives Agriculture subcommittees that had jurisdiction over the Farm Credit System.
  • Advised and counseled Farm Credit Association management and boards during periods of management transition, loan portfolio weaknesses and merger/consolidation activities.
